ECM (entity in charge of maintenance) certificate verifying the compliance of the maintenance system enabling VHC Servis to operate as an entity in charge of maintenance of railway vehicles within the European Union in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/798 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/779.
