What your job will involve
As Building Administrator, you will be responsible for building management and regular inspections of their technical condition, coordinating repairs and keeping records of them, operating and carrying out routine repairs of the heating system and boiler rooms, operating the entry barrier at the railway crossing, cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas, arranging small purchases, transporting operational equipment for servicing, monitoring the entry of people and vehicles, and carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work.
What we expect from you
We welcome candidates trained in a technical trade, with manual dexterity and general technical know-how, reliability, independence and a sense of responsibility, a clean criminal record, good health and physical fitness, and a category B driving licence. A boiler operator’s certificate or experience in a similar previous role, as well as experience operating and driving a forklift, are an advantage.
