At the beginning of the year, VHC Trade became the exclusive representative of Vogel & Plötscher on the Czech and Slovak market.
As of 1 January 2022, VHC Trade spol. s r.o. has become the exclusive representative of the technology company Vogel & Plötscher GmbH & Co. KG (V&P) for the Czech and Slovak market.
This partnership is a logical step following the merger of Robel and Vogel & Plötscher in 2019 — see the press release below:

Robel Holding acquires a stake in Vogel & Plötscher
Since 1 July 2019, Robel Holding GmbH (formerly Deutsche Plasser Holding GmbH) has held a majority stake of 70% in the German company Vogel & Plötscher GmbH & Co. KG (V&P). The specialist in track measuring systems and electric drives has been incorporated into the Robel Holding, but remains a separate brand and company with 40 employees at its headquarters in Breisach, Baden-Württemberg. Rolf Herter, the long-standing owner of V&P, remains the sole managing director.
Robel’s CEO, Wolfgang R. Fally, sees great potential for both companies in the new structure: „Like Robel, the Vogel & Plötscher brand stands for safety, quality, and user-friendliness. Our products and our innovative spirit complement each other perfectly. By incorporating V&P into the Robel Group, we now have the opportunity to fully leverage synergies on both sides and support each other with combined energy.“
