We’re Hiring a Project Manager

18. 9. 2026

We are looking for a technically oriented project manager who will take responsibility for leading projects, both within the company and in the field. If you have a feel for organization, a good grasp of technology, and enjoy projects from A to Z, this could be your opportunity. You will manage assignments on machines that only a handful of companies in the Czech Republic are able to service.

Place of work: Lovosice

Key responsibilities

  • Planning and managing repair and maintenance projects for track machines, including ETCS system installations (including series orders).
  • Coordinating internal teams and external suppliers — working with the repair supervisor, foreman, technicians, and external partners.
  • Ensuring logistical and technical support: spare parts, documentation, crew training. Communicating with customers and machine manufacturers in the Czech Republic and abroad.
  • Monitoring the progress of orders in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality.
  • Handling complaints and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Processing data and reports for company management. Contributing to strategic projects in servicing and technical innovation.

What we expect from you

  • Secondary technical education and 2–5 years of experience in project management or mechanical engineering servicing.
  • Organizational and communication skills, the ability to make independent decisions, and familiarity with technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with attendance and order-management systems is an advantage.
  • A category B driving licence and a communicative level of English or German, as you will be in contact with foreign manufacturers.

What we can offer you

  • Salary of CZK 55,000–65,000 depending on experience, plus semi-annual bonuses tied to KPI performance.
  • Four weeks of holiday, a company car for work purposes, a laptop, and a phone.
  • Four Sick Days and a day off on your birthday.
  • Professional training, technical certifications, and language courses.
  • Company events and a friendly working environment, meal allowances, and a cafeteria benefits system.
  • Work in a small team with an informal atmosphere within a family-run company, support for professional growth, and room for your own initiative.
