Following these guidelines extends the lifespan of the batteries:
- ROBATTERY 71.01 – 400 Wh / 800 Wh battery
- ROBATTERY 71.02 – 2,300 Wh battery
Regular use of the batteries
- The state of charge should ideally be kept between 20% and 80%.
- Batteries should be recharged once they reach 20% capacity.
- If a battery is fully charged (100%), it should be used immediately (rather than placed into storage).
- Use the battery at temperatures between -20 °C and 60 °C (23 °C is ideal).
- Charge the battery at temperatures between 0 °C and 45 °C (23 °C is ideal).
- Always use the charger recommended by the manufacturer.
- Protect the battery from drops, damage, and deformation.
Battery storage
- Batteries should be stored at a charge level of approximately 60%.
- Check the charge level every three months and recharge if necessary.
- Avoid prolonged charging (more than 48 hours) at 100% charge.
- Store batteries at temperatures between 0 °C and 23 °C.
- Protect them from moisture.
- If a battery remains in the machine, make sure the machine is disconnected from the battery connector.
