A URM 700 machine from Plasser & Theurer will be presented as part of the Správa železnic „Railway Transport Corridor 2022“ conference, taking place on 14–16 November 2022.
The Správa železnic „Railway Transport Corridor 2022“ conference will take place from 14 to 16 November 2022. The event will be held in Olomouc, at the Clarion Congress Hotel. Správa železnic, VHC Trade, and Plasser & Theurer have prepared a special event for conference participants. As part of the accompanying programme, a URM 700 machine from Plasser & Theurer will be presented at Olomouc main railway station, together with MFS 120 and MTU wagons, for presentation purposes and a possible rental offer.
The URM 700 is a new type of continuous ballast-bed cleaning machine, designed not only for plain track but also for switches. The machine train will first be presented during a static display on Tuesday afternoon, as part of the accompanying exhibition of machinery and diagnostic vehicles, and then on Wednesday, after the technical programme ends, during a practical demonstration of switch ballast-bed cleaning at Olomouc main railway station.
